Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with DB's Car Care, you agree to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by updating this page.

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [Amount/Percentage] may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations: We require at least [24/48] hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this window may forfeit the deposit or incur a [Amount] fee.

  • Weather Policy: If weather conditions prevent us from performing the service safely, we will notify you to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Vehicle Condition & Personal Items

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We perform a pre-service inspection. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., thinning clear coat, loose trim, or cracked leather).

  • Personal Property: Please remove all personal items from the vehicle. DB’s Car Care is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the car during service.

  • Child Seats: For safety reasons, we do not reinstall car seats. We will clean around them or remove them, but the owner must reinstall them.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash/Credit/Debit/Wix Payments]. All online transactions are processed securely through Wix’s encrypted gateways.

5. Liability Waiver
Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. By booking, you authorize our technicians to operate your vehicle for the purposes of moving it within our service area.

6. Feedback & Reclean Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your detail, you must notify us within [24 hours]. We will work with you to rectify the issue, but no refunds will be issued after the service is completed and the vehicle is accepted.
